The BOD Executive Committee is the governing body of a nonprofit organization. It is comprised of dedicated volunteers who are responsible for the overall leadership, direction, and policy-making for the organization. The Executive Committee is composed of a President, Secretary, Treasurer, and other officers as determined by the Board.
